1 Definitions & Applicability

In this document, "Platform" refers to the 777j website (777j.mom) and all its associated services. "User" or "you" refers to the person who has registered on or is using the 777j platform. "We", "our", or "777j" refers to the organisation that operates this platform.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. If any of your details change, please notify our support team as soon as possible.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Never share your login details with anyone. 777j will never ask for your password by phone or email.

3.1 Suspicious Activity

If you believe that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. You can reach us via our 24/7 live chat service or by email at [email protected]. If suspicious activity is not reported in a timely manner, 777j will not be held responsible for any related losses.

3.2 Password Protection

Use a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters. Changing your password regularly is advisable. Avoid using the same password on other sites.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 777j platform:

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same across all methods). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing time may increase if identity verification or other security checks are required. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the account from which the deposit was made.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 777j platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not currently supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳26,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only once and to a single account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus cannot be converted to cash until wagering is complete.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• 777j reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Cashback

The 777j VIP programme has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Users can be promoted to a higher tier based on their play history and activity.

6 Game Operations & Fair Play

All games on the 777j platform are operated in a neutral and transparent manner. We adhere to SSL encryption and fair play principles.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server issue, network disruption, or any other technical error, 777j will take reasonable steps to address the situation. However, 777j is not responsible for incomplete games caused by the user's own internet connection issues.

6.2 Jackpots & Large Wins

For large win amounts, 777j reserves the right to process payment after identity verification has been completed. This is part of our security and responsible gaming policy.

6.3 Rules on System Errors

Attempting to gain abnormal profit by exploiting any bug, error, or system vulnerability is strictly prohibited. If such an incident is detected, the relevant transactions will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to breach platform security or find vulnerabilities.

• Manipulating game outcomes or colluding with other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

You may request to close your account at any time. After all verification is complete and any active bonus wagering requirements are met, the remaining balance will be paid out.
